Meme Library — How to Install

URL: https://soft-daifuku-ed1bd4.netlify.app/

A personal meme, image, URL and GIF library you can install on your phone like an app. Store images with custom tags, search them instantly, and share directly to WhatsApp.

iPhone (Safari)

  1. Open the app link in Safari (not Chrome or Firefox — it must be Safari)
  2. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (the box with an arrow pointing up)
  3. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
  4. Tap "Add" in the top right corner
  5. The app icon will appear on your home screen — open it from there from now on

Important: always open the app from the home screen icon, not from Safari. The app and Safari have separate storage — memes added in one won't appear in the other.

Android (Chrome)

  1. Open the app link in Chrome
  2. Tap the three-dot menu (top right corner)
  3. Tap "Add to Home screen" (or "Install app" — wording varies by device)
  4. Tap "Add" or "Install" to confirm
  5. The app icon will appear on your home screen

On some Android versions a banner may appear automatically at the bottom of the screen saying "Add to Home screen" — you can tap that instead.

How to use

  • Add a meme — tap the + button, pick an image from your phone or paste a URL, add tags and save
  • Bulk import — use the Bulk Import tab to select many images at once and tag them later
  • Search — type any tag in the search bar to filter your library instantly
  • Edit tags — tap any meme to open it, edit the tags and tap Save Tags
  • Share to WhatsApp — open a meme and tap the Share button, then choose WhatsApp

Tips

  • Stickers from WhatsApp: screenshot the sticker, crop it in Photos, then import the image into the app
  • Your memes are stored locally on your device — they don't go to any server
  • Clearing browser/app data will delete your memes, so avoid doing that
