What will you work on?

  • You will manage a team of backend engineers
  • You will lead them towards successful project deliveries
  • You will be providing technical leadership through coaching an mentorship
  • You will be responsible of maintaining high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits
  • You will be in charge of identifying and encouraging areas for growth and improvement within the team
  • You will work with your team to drive project features from design to production. You will lead the design, implementation and maintenance
  • You will work in collaboration with other backend leads and departments on company-wide projects
  • You will be integrated in business decisions as part of our technology strategy

What impact will you have?

  • You will work on games that are played and loved by several million of users everyday, all over the world!
  • You will work as a part of a cross functional talented team that create amazing games, positioned in the top rankings of both iOS and Android
  • You will create backend services that must scale-out to serve high user traffic everyday

Eligibility Criteria

  • You have the ability to work on a fast paced environment
  • You have the ability to drive projects from design to production
  • You have more than 8 years of programming experience
  • You have mastered OOP, design patterns, software architecture principles
  • You have minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar leading position or managing a team
  • You have experience designing and implementing complex systems with multiple parts and technologies
  • You are not afraid to work with our existing code, extend, maintain and continuously refactor it
  • You are able to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical people.
  • You accept challenges: you’ll be happy to see our traffic doubling instead of being daunted :-)

What should be expected in the interview?

  • You should be prepared to discuss your previous work experience in detail, your knowledge of computer science fundamentals, your problem solving and programming skills
  • You should be able to demonstrate your proficiency by working with us in one of our current challenges
