project references get stored in both the .sln and .vcxproj files. in .vcxproj, you can do
`<ProjectReference Include="$(OFX_DIR)\...`
in .sln, do
`Project("{...}") = "openframeworksLib", "%OFX_DIR%\...`
then cry.
