Looking for a completely silent low power Intel based machine that can run Windows if needed. Should not cost more than a Raspberry Pi.

Officially supports up to 8 GB RAM, but people have put in up to 32 GB.
These typically only have a M.2 SATA (not NVMe) slot.
This class of machines usually comes with 4 GB of RAM but can be upgraded (expensive in 2026).
