These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bloom mobile application (“App”), operated by Alexande Bantz (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using Bloom, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Bloom is a mobile application that provides enhanced features and functionality through a paid subscription, including but not limited to advanced tools and data synchronization via Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit).
Bloom offers a 1-year auto-renewable subscription that provides access to premium features.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Bloom uses Apple’s iCloud services (CloudKit) to sync your data across devices.
- You must be signed into your iCloud account to use sync features.
- Data stored in iCloud is subject to Apple’s terms and privacy practices.
- We do not control Apple’s iCloud infrastructure and are not responsible for data loss caused by iCloud service issues.
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
- Not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the App
All content, features, and functionality of Bloom are owned by Alexandre Bantz and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your use of Bloom is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your data. You must review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
All purchases are processed through Apple. We do not have access to your billing information and cannot issue refunds directly.
Refund requests must be made through Apple via your Apple ID account.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Bloom is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
- We are not responsible for data loss, including issues related to iCloud synchronization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Bloom if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.

These Terms are between you and Alexandre Bantz, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation.
You may also be subject to third-party terms, including Apple’s services and policies.
