<li>Please <strong>create your secure password </strong>if you have not already done so by clicking on the

<li><strong>Verify your email </strong>when you receive the &ldquo;Verify Your Email&rdquo; notification in
your inbox after you created your password (you may need to check your spam folder) and sign-in to
activate your KIT.

<li>For the lab to begin sequencing your DNA and the analysis to be performed, we ask you to sign-in to your
account and <strong>activate your KIT by clicking the &ldquo;ACTIVATE KIT&rdquo; link</strong> which
will take you to the KIT/Results Activation page. There you will need to fill in the required
information which includes:&nbsp;&nbsp;<table border='0'>

<td>1. the unique KIT ID# received with your KIT (or your existing FTDNA KIT ID# if you ordered
through FamilyTreeDNA)

<td>3. filling in the required questions</td>

<td>4. providing your healthcare provider information who will authorize the test. If you do not
have a provider select the option and one will be assigned to you to authorize the test and
offer you genetic counseling.

<p><strong>Please Note: Activating your KIT is required in order to start the DNA sequencing and to view your
results. </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Once you activate your KIT it will take approximately 4-12 weeks for your DNA to be extracted and
sequenced using next generation sequencing technology and genotyped using microarray technology.
</li>
<li>After this your raw genomic data will be annotated, analyzed and interpreted using advanced analysis
methods and reviewed by a certified genetics professional.
</li>
<li>When the analysis is complete you will receive an email notification that your results are ready to be
viewed/downloaded from the Results page.
</li>
<li>At that time you can sign-in to the secure portal using your account and explore your genome!</li>
<li>We encourage that you discuss your results with a healthcare provider or a genetics professional
(medical geneticist or genetic counselor).

<li>Remember with the&nbsp;<strong>DNA UNLOCKED </strong>whole exome sequencing plus microarray genomic
data, that tests for all your 22,000+ protein coding genes plus vital non-coding regions, your genomic
data results are valid for your entire life! With constant advancements in medical/scientific knowledge,
our knowledge-base will be regularly updated with this new-found knowledge, so sign-in to your account
regularly to check for any updates to your genomic variants. We will also be constantly improving our
