These are the common issues in the BS3 that have been fixed
- The stantion forks were pitted, hence replaced the forks with the yss cartridge.
- Coolant and engine oil mixing
- Replaced the flywheel side engine cover with 2017 RC cover to facilitate better coolant flow and larger hole to the coolant gallery.
- overhauled the engine as soon as i purchased it. Replaced the journal bearings that were worn out and other minor fixes that were necessary.
- Coneset still fails but have a cylindrical coneset from All balls racing that can be replaced and provide permanent fix.
- The fan is always on since the thermostat has failed, i prefer the fan being on always hence not fixed it.
- minor scuffs in the paint and foot peg scraped at the ends(have replacement if necessary).
