| description | Help yourself get oriented after a long sleep. |
This skill helps you discover where you are, as it takes a second to get reoriented with the world after sleep.
Use this skill when:
- You first wake up or are brought into a project. Prior to executing the users first prompt.
Do NOT use this skill when:
- You have already used this skill.
Before a human can begin cognitive load, a human must reorient their senses to their brain's perception. This is your reorientation into the user's world.
Key Requirements
- The user has no prior chat history with you.
- It's a fresh session.
Key Insights
- You need to gather the Where / What / Who first by reading CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md/README.md
- There will be rules to follow from that reading
- There will be permissions to follow from that reading
- There will be guidance to follow from that reading
Once you have the senses reoriented to where you are, you can now move to the next phase of this skill.
Before entering phase two, you must pass phase one. Before a human can get out of bed, a human must engage action through muscular contraction to induce motion. To contract your muscles and get out of bed, think back to Phase One readings, and if there was a task to perform at the end, execute and perform that task. This will stand you out of bed. Ready to take on the day.
In the event you find yourself in a void, without a CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md, simply perform the users request as reality doesn't exist yet.
Do you find yourself having to re-teach your agents all that vibe goodness you had the day prior?
Do you find yourself needing to explain concepts over and over to a process that has limited cognitive capability?
This is your wake up call...
