It seems like that on El capitan, you can't run the older versions of Processing. It quits quickly after you open the Processing 2.app . According to the Processing Wiki, Apple is aggressively dropping support for earlier versions.

I noticed that when I disconnected Wi-Fi, it worked will. So this would be a hint that we can solve this problem.
