- everyone can make something up, finishing is the only important thing
- whats frightening is not the preparation, but the pushing out to public
- 37signals -> ship as soon as there's no time or budget anymore
- the closer you get to the deadline, the more you change and replace and trash (until you miss the deadline)
  - so you must trash in the beginning, NOT later
- what you do for a living is shipping, not beeing creative!
- the lizards brain - our basic instincts (fear, hate, hunger)
  - we all have such, but people grew the lymbic system on top of this!
- lizard brain is screeming short before shipping, and we hold back!
  - (like we currently do at doctape, somehow)
  - all of us dont need to get more creative, we are already very creative!
- most peoples in their job have a quiet lizard brain, because they DONT need to challenge it
  (with simple day to day work).
- thats me AND the blog!!
  - so learn to blog and have a shortcut! ship it after 2 pomodoros once a week!
- the resistance gets worse and worse and worse the closer we are to shipping!
- we find so many excusions for everything we are afraid to do!!
  (already learned: its the MOST important thing!!)
