DDNS需要公网IP，基本上就是隔一段时间访问一下接口，连接和传输数据是不会消耗服务商的流量的。
内网穿透需要消耗服务器的流量。
还有点对点/内网打洞的技术，但是需要两边都安装软件：xtcp，n2n，moon，zerotier
