## 1. Terms of Sale
By purchasing a "Pro" tier (Basic, Standard, or Savior) within the FreeLine app, you agree to the following:

* **Service vs. Software:** FreeLine is 100% open-source software. You are paying for the **convenience of a precompiled ready to use app**. This includes access to our routing API pings, cloud-based destination searching, and automated server maintenance.
* **One-Time Contribution:** All Pro upgrades are one-time payments, not subscriptions. 
* **Donations:** A portion (20%) of net proceeds is donated to **OpenStreetMap (OSM)** and **HeiGIT** to support the global open-data ecosystem.
* **Refunds:** Transactions are processed by the Google Play Store. You may request a refund through the Google Play interface. For technical issues, contact `support@brinly.me` .

## 2. Privacy Policy: Your Routes are Private
FreeLine was built with a "Privacy First" philosophy. **We do not track you.**

### The Routing "Blind Spot"
To calculate a route, the app must send your destination coordinates to **OpenRouteService (run by HeiGIT/OpenStreetMap)**. 
* **We (FreeLine) never see this data.** The connection is direct from your device to the routing engine.
* **No Identity Link:** These routing requests are sent **anonymously**. We do not attach your name, your Google Account ID, or your "Pro" purchase token to these requests. 
* **OSM/HeiGIT** receives the coordinates to give you a path, but they have no way of knowing who you are.

### Financial Information
* **Zero Access:** We **never** see or store your credit card numbers or billing details.
* **Google Processing:** All payments are handled exclusively by **Google Play Billing**. Google knows you bought the app, but Google **never** sees where you are navigating.

### No Analytics
* FreeLine does **not** use Firebase, Google Analytics, or any other tracking SDKs. Your movement is your business.
