# Signing PDFs with Nexus Personal Desktop Client

Note: this is specifically meant for the [MacOS edition](https://doc.nexusgroup.com/display/PUB/Install+Personal+Desktop+Client+on+macOS).

In Acrobat Reader, choose `Preferences…` -> `Signatures` -> _Identities & Trusted Certificates_: `More…`

In `PKCS#11 Modules and Tokens`, choose `Attach Module`

* for versions > 5.6, use `/Applications/Personal.app/Contents/Frameworks/libtokenapi.dylib` as path
* for versions older than that, use `/Applications/Personal.app/Contents/MacOS/Personal`
